The word “Omakase” is used to leave the food selection to the chef. The chef will generally present a series of plates, beginning with the lightest fare and proceeding to heaviest, richest dishes. Enjoy a 5 course dinner prepared by Chef Chen with wine and sake pairings.

Have your gathering in a separate, cozy room away from the main dining area. Tables can be joined together to make one long table. Or use the room as a lounge with several small tables for social gatherings.
